🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

👉 To request a return, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The package being opened

  • The issue with the product

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 4 working days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery


🔄 Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the issue

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


📦 Important Notes

  • Customers may need to ship the item back if required

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product is defective)
